REsti with Nicolò Morales from Caltagirone
The project was created from the shapes, colours and patterns encountered during hikes in Caltagirone, breathing in the cultural stratifications of colourful centuries and decorated steps, of columns and capitals, of magical cloisters. These past echoes shaped Remains. A formal synthesis of beauty and decadence.
The five volumes act as supports and seats, they took shape on lathe, an ancient and precious technique incorporating the whole decoration of a territory.
